We are happy to introduce our new Executive Chef Brian Jenkins. In keeping with our “local flavor” theme, Brian is a Peoria native with 15 years of experience. You may have already tasted his style while he was with June Restaurant, Trefzger’s Bakery, or Noir Tapas & Rendezvous Lounge.
Chef Brian has experimented with various dishes, from traditional to unique. You can try his grilled dry-aged prime rib, prepared to your preference. Or, skip the formality, and order a perfectly seared burger right at the bar. One of Chef Brian’s absolute favorite dishes to prepare (and eat) is his pasta bolognese, an entrée he insists guests try.
And if you’d like to order a drink, Chef Brian has a sense for what tastes best with his meals. Whether in the mood for beer, wine or something a little harder, Chef Brian will help compliment your taste pallet with the perfect choice of drink pairings.
